Glynnis Whitwer


Glynnis Whitwer is on staff with Proverbs 31 Ministries as Executive Director of Communications. She is the senior editor and one of the writers of Encouragement for Today, the Proverbs 31 email devotions, with over 750,000 daily readers. She also served as the general editor for the NIV Real-Life Devotional Bible featuring 366 Proverbs 31 Ministries’ devotions. She is the author or co-author of eight books, with her ninth releasing next year.

Glynnis has a degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Arizona State University and worked as a PR writer before joining the staff of Proverbs 31 Ministries in 1998. Lisa Allen


Lisa Allen is the Executive Director of Ministry Training at Proverbs 31 Ministries. Lisa’s experience as a Board Certified Life Coach, Ministry Consultant and Certified Speaker has uniquely prepared her to develop and facilitate training and workshops for church staffs, leadership teams, women’s ministry teams and executive teams. She also has extensive team coaching experience with organizations locally and internationally facilitating DISC, leadership development, team building and partnership development. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband and has two college-age children. Janette Albury


Janette Albury is the COMPEL Training Coordinator for Proverbs 31 Ministries. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Religion and her Master of Arts in Counseling from Liberty University. Her counseling background, missional mindset and heart for worship make her a unique addition to the Proverbs team. Janette has a strong background in church ministry and discipleship, and has a desire to inspire those around her to live passionately for Jesus Christ. She also serves as a worship leader at Elevation Church. Janette currently resides in Raleigh, NC with her wonderful husband and her two pups.



Karen Ehman is a Proverbs 31 Ministries speaker and the author of eight books including KEEP IT SHUT: What to Say, How to Say It and When to Say Nothing at All. She is also a writer for Encouragement for Today, the Proverbs 31 Ministries online devotions. She has been a guest on national television and radio programs including The 700 Club, At Home Live, Engaging Women, The Harvest Show, Moody Midday Connection, FamilyLife and Focus on the Family. She is a graduate of Spring Arbor University with a B.A. in Social Science and has been married for over a quarter-century to her college sweetheart Todd. Together they raise their three sometimes quarrelsome but mostly charming children in the boondocks of central Michigan. Her mission is to help women to live their priorities and love their lives. Suzie Eller


Suzie is an International Proverbs 31 Ministries speaker and author, and Bible Gateway blogger. She has been featured on programs such as Focus on the Family, Aspiring Women, The Harvest Show, KLOVE, It’s a Miracle, MidDay Connection, DayStar, and many other radio and television programs. Suzie has published hundreds of articles in magazines such as Today’s Christian Woman, Parenting Today, Woman’s World and others. She’s authored seven books including her most recent book, The Mended Heart: God’s Healing for Your Broken Places. Suzie served as a mentor with The Christian Writers’ Guild for seven years, is the founder of The Writers’ View, and has taught at writers’ conferences across the nation.
